Signature Confirmation

Girlthompson is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from UPS, USPS, FEDEX OR DHL.

Customers outside of the US are responsible for all international import duties or Value Added Tax (VAT) fees their country might charge. These rates vary from country to country.

Signature confirmation provides the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery, and the name of the person who signed for the item. A package including Signature Confirmation will not be delivered without a signature.

Signature Confirmation is optional however you will need to decline the service at checkout. To decline signature confirmation, you must state that in the box that says add note to order. Signature Confirmation is no additional charge.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available on all items at an additional cost, with the exception of specialty (hand-painted) or custom items.

General Shipping

CUSTOMER ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ADD THEIR CORRECT SHIPPING AND EMAIL ADDRESS.

Shipping varies depending on the location, time and item (s) purchased.

Please allow 10-14 days for shipping. This does not include processing and fulfillment time. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and fulfillment time. This time frame excludes custom orders.

Some items may experience longer shipping times than other items. If your item(s) are expected to ship longer than 10-14 days, you will receive an email with the option to cancel your order.

Depending on the items purchased you may receive split packages.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
