Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation provides the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery, along with the name of the recipient. A package with Signature Confirmation will not be delivered without a signature.

This service is complimentary. To decline Signature Confirmation, you must state this clearly in the "Add Note to Order" box during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Our return window is 10 days, beginning the date you receive your item(s). If 10 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Returns are not applicable to the following:

• Custom Orders or Specialty Items

• Discounted items (including all sale and clearance purchases). These are considered Final Sale.

Tracking Numbers

If you have not yet received your tracking number, your order is currently in the fulfillment process. Tracking information will be emailed or texted to you once the item has shipped. Please allow 10–14 business days for shipping after fulfillment.

TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR BAG AGES BEAUTIFULLY WE RECOMMEND YOU TO: 

- PROTECT IT FROM HUMIDITY; AVOID CONTACT WITH LIQUID, HAND CREAM, HAND SANITIZER, MAKE-UP AND PERFUME. IF YOUR BAG DOES COME INTO CONTACT WITH WATER OR ANY OF THOSE SUBSTANCES, IT SHOULD BE GENTLY DABBED WITH A DRY, NON-FLUFFY, LIGHT COLOURED ABSORBENT CLOTH

- AVOID OVER EXPOSURE TO DIRECT LIGHTING AND KEEP IT AWAY FROM DIRECT SOURCES OF HEAT

- BE CAREFUL NOT TO RUB YOUR BAG AGAINST COARSE OR ABRASIVE SURFACES. LIGHT SCRATCHES CAN ATTENUATE IF GENTLY MASSAGED WITH A SOFT, DRY CLOTH

- STORE IT IN THE DUST BAG. DO NOT STORE IN HIGH TEMPERATURE, HUMIDITY OR UNVENTILATED AREAS (NEVER STORE IN A PLASTIC BAG).
