Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation provides the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery, and the name of the person who signed for the item. A package including Signature confirmation will not be delivered without a signature.
Signature confirmation is optional however you will need to decline the service at checkout. To decline signature confirmation, you must state that in the box that says add note to order. Signature confirmation is no additional charge.
Returns/Refunds
Returns and refunds are not applicable to discounted items, which include sale and clearance items. These discounted purchases are considered final sale.
Returns
Our policy lasts for 10 days. 10 days starts on the first day you receive your item(s). If 10 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns do not apply to “Custom Orders or Specialty Items

I haven’t received my tracking number
If you haven’t received your tracking number that means, we are busy getting your item(s) together. Please allow time for us to fulfill your order. Once your item has shipped, we will email or text your tracking number. Please allow 10-14 business days for shipping.
How long does specialty or custom bag take to produce?
Pleas allow 2-3 weeks for all specialty or custom bags Timing may be shortened depending on work load. Please allow 10-14 days for shipping.
