Our policy lasts for 10 days. 10 days starts on the first day you receive your item(s). If 10 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns do not apply to “Custom Orders or Specialty Items”.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tag(s) attached.
All sales are final on custom and specialty items ( hand-painted items). We will accept returns or exchanges for custom and hand painted products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
We are unable to accept:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery including custom items, hand-painted bags/wallets. handbags, wallets and jewelry.
-Any custom or hand-painted items unless a error was made on our end.
How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com. Please allow 48hrs for a response. We will provide you with a return address once we review your email.
All orders are able to be cancelled within the first 48 hours of purchase. If 48 hours has gone by, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All customers are responsible for any cost associated with shipping an item back for return with the exception of exchanging an item. Customers will also be charged a restocking fee between $13-$33 depending on the item being returned. Please make sure your read the description of an item before making your purchase.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-12 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank first. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our exchange policy last for 15 days of purchase/ receipt of item. Unfortunately, after 15 days we are unable to accept any items. Please do not send any items to us until you receive an email.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he/she will find out about your return.
Please keep in mind... this depend on what was ordered... The return policy still applies to gifts.
Do not send us any items until you receive an email from us.
Clients are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
