Returns

Policy Overview

 

GIRLTHOMPSON accepts returns for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the date you receive your item(s). Items must be returned within this 10-day window.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused and in the exact condition received, complete with original packaging and all attached tags.

 

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

 

All sales are Final on the following:

  • Discounted Items: This includes all sale, clearance, and specially priced items.

  • Custom Orders, Specialty Items, & Hand-Painted Items

We will accept returns or exchanges for custom products only if the item was damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped due to our error.

 

Initiating a Return

 

To begin the return process, please email us at info@girlthompson.com. An associate will respond with return instructions and the necessary return address within 48 hours.

 

Order Cancellation

 

Orders may be cancelled within the first 48 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

 

Fees & Shipping Costs

 

Restocking Fee: All approved refunds are subject to a restocking fee between , depending on the specific item being returned. We urge all clients to read the product description before purchase.

Shipping Costs: Clients are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refund Processing

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10–12 business days. (Please note: The timing of the credit posting is dependent on your banking institution.)

 

Exchanges

 

Exchanges for the same item are accepted for up to 15 days from the date of receipt. Do not ship any item until you receive a confirmation email from us at info@girlthompson.com.

 

Gifts

 

Refunds for items marked as gifts will be issued as a store credit to the recipient once the item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
