Custom Items (Orders)
Please allow 2-3 weeks for all custom orders, unless a different time frame was discussed with one of our associates. Custom orders are hand-painted specialty items unless stated differently in the description. Custom orders may be cancelled within the first 48 hour of purchase. After 48 hours, we are unable to cancel any custom orders. All sales are final on custom and specialty items ( hand-painted) items. We will accept returns or exchanges for custom and hand painted products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
